At QueenSport, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns:

Return Eligibility:

Returns accepted within 8–10 days of product delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.

Sale/discounted items and undergarments are not eligible for return.

Refund Process:

Email your request to info@queensport.in with order number & issue.

Upon approval, return the product to our Mumbai office at your expense.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item, via the original payment method.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing us.

Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer applicable.
